Returns

Cancellation and Return On 70ml.shop you have the option of a free return of the products ordered by you within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order. You will find the return form in the package with your order. If the order was paid by credit card, PayPal or Przelewy24 - the refund will be made automatically. In the case of: • payment by bank transfer or when the order was paid on delivery, please provide the ordering party's bank account details in the appropriate field on the return form. We will refund the amount due to the indicated account. In each of the above-mentioned in cases, the refund should be made no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract by the Buyer. You can make a return in several ways: 1. InPost refund You can return your order very easily via quick returns . All you need to do is enter the website quickzwroty.pl , select 70ml.shop as your online store and provide all the necessary data in the form. After approving the return, you will receive an SMS with the code within a few hours to the telephone number provided by you. All you need to do is write your code on the carton in which you return the order and take the package to any InPost parcel locker. The code will also serve as a key to open the Inpost parcel locker. In the first step, provide the reason for the return or the order number to be returned. Then provide the details of the sender of the returned order. In the next step, select whether you want to ship the parcel yourself at any DHL Parcel Shop point (you can generate the label yourself or select the option to print the label at a DHL point) or arrange a courier to pick up the parcel directly from you (choose a date convenient for you and mark whether you will print it the label on its own, whether the courier is to come with a printed consignment note). Confirmation of the possibility of posting will be sent to your e-mail address along with the label. Complaints 1.70ml.shop is obliged to deliver a product free from defects. If the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, then the provisions of the Civil Code on sale shall apply to the sale contract (provisions regarding warranty for defects). Complaints and claims for defects in the product (items) should be submitted in accordance with these regulations. 2. If the sold product has defects, the Buyer may, by submitting a complaint: a) demand that the defect be removed, or b) demand that the product be replaced with a product free from defects, or c) submit a statement on price reduction, or d) submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract (from the contract You cannot withdraw as long as the defect of the product is irrelevant). 3.70ml.shop is obliged to replace the defective item with a non-defective one or remove the defect within a reasonable time without undue inconvenience to the Buyer. 70ml.shop may refuse to satisfy the Buyer's request if it is impossible to bring the defective product into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by the Buyer, or would require excessive costs compared to the second possible method of bringing it into conformity with the contract. 4. If the Buyer submits a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, 70ml.shop may, however, replace the defective product with a product free from defects, or remove the defect, provided that these activities take place immediately and without undue inconvenience to the Buyer. However, the limitation indicated in the preceding sentence shall not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired by 70ml.shop or 70ml.shop has not complied with the obligation to replace the product with a product free from defects or the obligation to remove the defect. 5. The Buyer may, instead of the removal of the defect proposed by 70ml.shop, demand that the product be replaced with a product free from defects, or instead of replacing the product, demand that the defect be removed, unless it is impossible to bring the product into compliance with the contract in the manner chosen by the Buyer or would require excessive costs compared to the method of proposed by 70ml.shop. 6. The reduced price should be in such proportion to the price resulting from the contract in which the value of the defective product is equal to the value of the defect-free product. 7. When assessing the excess of costs - referred to in para. 3 and 5 above - the value of the product free from defects, the type and significance of the defect found are taken into account, as well as the inconvenience to which the Buyer would otherwise be exposed. 8. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the address indicated in § 6 sec. 3 of the Regulations. 9. When submitting a complaint, describe the defect of the product. For this purpose, the Buyer may use the return form sent to the Buyer with the product. The product must be sent back together with the complaint to the address indicated in § 6 para. 3 of these Regulations. The previous sentence does not apply to cases in which sending the product is unnecessary to clarify the matter, and the Buyer only demands a price reduction, if he is entitled to such a right. However, the buyer is obliged to send the product to the address indicated in § 6 sec. 3 of the Regulations, if 70ml.shop deems it necessary. The shipping cost is reimbursed by the Seller if the complaint is considered justified. Sending the product by the Buyer to the address indicated in § 6 sec. 3 of the Regulations, cash on delivery will not be accepted.The product may also be shipped by the customer via the courier service indicated by 70ml.shop.
